Production Team Member – Electronics Manufacturing

We’re hiring a Production Team Member who is reliable, precise, and ready to work. No experience is required—we’ll provide the training. You bring the attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to perform independently.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic products, connectors, cables, and housings according to approved procedures.
- Perform functional testing and verification of electronic assemblies and components.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming customer property.
- Complete work orders, inspection records, and other required documentation accurately.
- Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD), quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Assist with other production and operational tasks as required.

- Comfortable performing precise, hands-on assembly work.
- Able to follow written instructions and established procedures.
- Capable of working independently once trained.
- Willing to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility for completed work.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset.
- Previous electronics or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
